As part of our Service and Retention team, you’ll be supporting and helping to retain our existing clients with your passion for providing exceptional customer service and bringing the WOW factor to everything you do.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all incoming phone calls along with incoming and outgoing mail and email. You’ll also process payments for clients and will work closely with other departments to maintain accurate customer accounts receivable records. 


In this dynamic environment, you’ll report to our Director of Marketing and work collaboratively to provide data-driven insights and channel strategies to expand our reach and increase customer engagement at all stages of the sales funnel while helping to grow our brand.
