Good Morning. we moved from our broker Gallagher and Waterloo insurance company after many years of patronage, after disappointing experience during renewal stage this year, poor customer service and unjustifiable insurance premium increases. Despite the fact that me and my wife have very good driving record, they ran out of options and demonstrated no desire to keep our business.

Working with Tania was a very good experience, complete contrast to earlier one, where Tania communicated well and timely, sourced quotes that have been competitive and we experienced excellent customer service. I had your company on my radar via the web for a couple of years both because you were local and your agents seemed very responsive as I was becoming increasingly unhappy with a couple of previous providers jacking up the rates significantly for no reason/explanation or claims other than it’s your area, some went up others down.

When I contacted your firm this year Debbie & Andrea were both amicable, quick to respond, informative as well as providing a significant cost savings, this coupled with the promise of yearly reviews to obtain the best rates on my behalf made for an easy decision.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on your services. I am a senior who had been with our previous insurer for well over 20 years. My career was over 45 years as a Quality Manager in multinational organizations… I know the value of customer satisfaction.

2 very distinct interactions with my previous provider caused me to re-consider. First, as I approached retirement a year ago, I made an appointment; met & discussed with the provider, what that would mean in cost benefit to my premiums. Basically, I was told that it would be reflected in my policy renewal. Then secondly, when that time came, auto premiums were increased by 20%. I have no accidents, no tickets. I called & played “telephone tag” a couple of times. I went to their web site on line & found a questionnaire by which they would give me a quote. I did it & the response came back 20% less than my renewal. They called interested in the new business….they didn’t know who I was, so I gave them my policy number & asked why the difference ? I was told it was the cost of the “personal interactions” given. The trust was broken; they drove me away.

Through my research, I came across M&W. I called & left a message. Faith Lewis contacted me quickly; we had a very friendly discussion, & went through the specifics of my situation. Her follow up was quick & informative. She provided clear details; left no stone unturned; made suggestions. The cost was definitely better than what I had expected, for the same coverages. I was so impressed, I immediately signed up & cancelled with my previous provider, even though there was a penalty to do this… & Faith had been straight up, before I cancelled with the other to tell me that I would face that….total transparency.

I chose you primarily due to cost savings, as the premium was almost half that quoted from other brokers. However, after deciding to go ahead with you, customer service and on-boarding experience was seamless. I appreciate the use of technology with signing documents and such. Given the experience, I will come back when the condo renewal is up for renewal.

Annual basic premium for my Harley in Florida was one tenth of my current policy in Ontario. Most of the premium here is a donation to the Ontario mandated Accident Benefits which covers the rider, for any rehab not covered by OHIP. The Income Supplement premium, of no use to someone retired, is also government mandated. In Ontario one can easily soon pay more in premiums than the motorcycle is worth.

Checked a number of online insurance application links which usually turn out to be fronts trolling for personal information and a sales lead. The M&W website looked promising. I called their 800 number. Bottom line – friendly, personal and painless with an immediate verbal quote, followed by simple on line document signing and a day later temporary pink slips via email. Bang – all done in a blink and 30% cheaper. Best deal in town!

I contacted Mitchell & Whale Insurance Brokers Ltd. after a diligent search on the Internet. It took me quite a time to go through a very long list of the brokers who operate in Ontario and to read the reviews.

I had to do my homework as far we with my father decided that no more we would like to deal with the previous insurance broker whose hallmark is arrogance and rudeness. Which is very surprising to encounter and experience in this more than competitive business… We dealt with them year by year, but said ourselves “enough is enough”.

Upon reading the numerous reviews about Mitchell & Whale’s business effectiveness and style of working with their new and old clients, I was in no doubt that they weren’t fake. Brief and long, all the reviews were sincere and the real ones.

I wrote down a list of the full names of the agents who were praised again and again on Google. I called Mitchell & Whale and requested the receptionist to forward my call to any of them.

My call was taken by Alex Hillhouse, Personal Lines Insurance Broker. I can give a real testimony of his high professional qualities: ability to listen attentively, knowledge of the products, understanding of the needs and specifics of a client. On the top of them, he has a valuable professional skill – ability to speak with you very friendly and respectfully.

Alex Hillhouse offered us a range of options, and we discussed which of them could be compulsory or an excessive ones. You, as a client, have a big latitude to make your decision without being coerced into the package which you don’t, actually, need. But you are guaranteed that Alex Hillhouse will give you an ample time to ask all your questions until everything is clear.

That is his business style which won so many excellent reviews and keeps his company’s business growing.

Alex took time to explain how the papers would be signed electronically in times of Coronavirus. He also introduced me to Andrea Thornton, Administrative Assistant.

It is a must to pay my respect to Andrea Thornton as far she is a very dedicated professional person to the business of Mitchell & Whale. Andrea is amazingly prompt and keeps her word. Whatever communication I expected to receive from her or clarification or instructions – everything was done as we say “at a speed of a business”. I had heard good things about Mitchell & Whale, and specifically Jeff Logan, from my other family members who went to him when they were looking to switch car and motorcycle insurance. They all had wonderful experiences and saved a bunch on their insurance. Having just moved and seen a massive jump in my previous plan’s premiums, I decided to try out Mitchell & Whale, too. I contacted Jeff and he was really helpful; answering all my questions and getting me quotes within a single phone call. The quotes he found saved me about $1000 a year on my car insurance, and another couple hundred by combining my partner and I on one tenant’s insurance plan instead of the separate ones we’d had previously. I would absolutely recommend Mitchell & Whale to anyone looking to find a better deal on insurance of any kind. It was fast and easy, and it took all the annoyance out of trying to look up new quotes on my own!

In short I found M&W insurance fast , honest and a great price. Everyone I had dealings with on the phone or email was friendly and knowledgeable.

Mitchell and Whale was the first number I called after being told I would not be able to continue being insured by my insurance company ( I bought a new motorcycle). i had been with them for over 20 years with no claims or tickets and suddenly I’m a risk.

Meaghan took all of my information and told me that she’d be able to find me someone as over 30 companies are represented by Mitchell and Whale. She found several that would suit my needs, explained the differences, made recommendations, and answered all of my questions. Both her and Kristen were clear with paperwork they needed from me, and took care of everything promptly. I’m now paying literally over $1000 less per year in insurance for a bike that’s 5 years newer and 150cc more powerful than my previous one.

Meaghan and Kristen were incredibly helpful, punctual, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. My only regret is that I didn’t switch until now. I was crushed when told I wouldn’t be insured and cannot put into words how happy I am to have found Mitchell and Whale.

I required insurance for a used vehicle purchased to be used primarily this winter and park another. The insurance company I was currently using for the past 4 years quoted me an outrageous price for PLPD only.

It was more than what I paid for the car so I decided from there to shop around and use a broker to find me the best price for the vehicles I have. I found you guys on the web and began to read reviews and decided to call for a quote.

Chris answered my call and I was most impressed to get quoted half of what I had paid 3 days earlier for my winter beater. From here I asked Chris to quote me on 3 other vehicles in which at the end of the day I’m saving. It sure does pay to shop around!

I was with another broker for maybe 12 years in which renewals came around and I never heard a thing on them shopping around for me to get the best price possible and when I did my own shopping I found a better price. What sets you apart from other companies you’re made to feel like family not just a client.

In this past summer, it was my first time getting/obtaining my own personal car insurance that was not with my parents. I had no idea were to begin so i searched up online where i could get a free quote on insurance. Your website came up and I read reviews on the type of service you all provide. When i first contacted the company, it was Chris Park who contacted me about my quote. He was so kind and attending, he said I could call/text/or email if I had any questions. I never felt like any question or concern I had would be judged. I liked how i got multiple different quotes to choose from. The second time I went to get new car insurance, instead of going with my current insurance company at that time, I reached out again to Mitchell & Whale for another quote. This time I spoke to Alex Hillhouse, and he was equally as kind and helpful. I really appreciated that Alex was honest with me about the different insurance companies that they worked with and gave me his personal opinion on the better/cheaper prices for me to chose. Overall, it has been a very enjoyable experience working with these brokers, I will continue to chose Mitchell and Whale for auto insurance.

Hi Adam,

I honestly hadn’t heard of Mitchell and Whale but found your website when doing some online research for work. I work in property insurance for a TPA and in my quest to research an insurance company I was going to be meeting with for a potential partnership, I came across your website. Your site actually had more information about this potential client then I could find on any other website – when researching their history (including their own!). The top banner of the page had a box to fill out if you are looking for a quote on home and auto insurance. Since I was unhappy with my current insurance company…I filled it out. I had been trying to find a new broker and calling around, but would never get a call back. Within about 15 minutes of hitting submit I received a call from Chris Park. We went over everything on the phone and he was very detailed and able to provide me with a quote on the spot. Not only was I increasing my coverage, I was getting a much better deal. Chris was fantastic and answered all my questions and followed up everything up with emails. I received all the paperwork from Melissa Mills, the same day! The entire process to so quick and easy. The emails afterwards confirming my payments scheduled was an added bonus. For me it was simple. My last motorcycle insurance provider in which I was with for over a decade kept going up lots for no reason. Even though my driving record is exemplary, always paid the premium in full and never had a claim.

I cold called your office just before the renewal and reached Nicole Schrader where she kindly gave me a quote which made a lot more sense. So I decided to go for it, provided all my info and she had me set-up, digitally signed documents, I paid the premium and was provided with a temporary slip the same day!

Now with this kind of service, I will contact Nicole at your office when my truck and snowmachine is up for renewal next year in March to explore what you can offer as a premium with hopes to find even more savings due to having multiple vehicles insured through one broker.

Dear Adam

Well to start off I was very unhappy with my previous Insurance Broker. I loved my agent who had left the firm and my file just got tossed around and not assigned to a Broker as I had called numerous times to find out who my new agent was.

When I got my registered letter that Aviva was dropping me for my motorcycle insurance as I no longer fit their criteria of a 6 year rider 30 days before the cut off date I was pretty upset. I called Condotta and Merritt and asked who my new Agent was. I spoke to him and basically my file was thrown on his desk and he knew nothing about me. I was very upset that I had 30 days to find new insurance for my bike and that the Insurance Brokers didn’t give me a heads up I was only notified from Aviva. I know my old agent would have notified me he was very good to me.

I was angry at Aviva and the Insurance Brokers and decided I would take my business elsewhere, where maybe someone would actually care. I had home, auto, and bike insurance with them. I called a couple of Insurance Brokers I found on the Internet and all informed me they knew this change was happening long before Aviva notified me. This struck a nerve that my Insurance Brokers couldn’t have tried to set me up with alternate insurance and let me know, but as I wasn’t really assigned to an agent who would know?

I spoke to at least three Insurance Brokers that told me they had already notified their clients long before Aviva sent out their notices to seek other coverage for their motorcyclists that didn’t meet Aviva’s criteria. This mad me angrier. I got numerous quotes but none were as good as from Mitchell &Wales nor did I have a good experience trying to get a quote. I spoke to Jeff from your company who was nice, helpful, sympathetic and extremely fast at answering my questions and getting me quotes for what I asked for. I messaged and spoke to him numerous times to make sure we had things straight before I signed papers. Jeff was very informative and patient with me and I respect that. So I guess my reason for choosing your company is because of a great price but that’s not all that mattered to me I am not an insurance agent and don’t know a lot about it and Jeff had no issues explaining things to me without ever getting frustrated or belittling the fact I have no knowledge in this area so Customer Service played a huge role in why I chose your company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for Insurance or looking to change company’s.

I must admit, I found your company searching on line. I have for the past 10 years, been using insurance brokers for my insurance needs.

Over the years, my insurance has changed, which forced me to change brokers that could provide the services I required. My previous broker, unfortunately, let me down.

I received my renewal for the 2019 insurance year and was floored that my rates, without a single claim or ticket, increased over $800 dollars a year.

My expectation of a broker, is to intercept a renewal from the insurance company, review it and advise me of my best action. Either to renew or to at least, shop the market on my behalf for a more competitive rate.

After I contacted my broker, within 4 hours I was advised that they hit a wall, and I had no choice but to renew for these incredible inflated costs as this was the best they could offer. It was evident that very little to no effort was put in to my needs.

I refused to accept these costs and began my search for another broker. I found your office in Whitby, which is very close to where I live, and decided to make contact to get a quote on my insurance needs.

Almost immediately, I received a reply from one of your agents, Alex Hillhouse.

Shortly after my email, we spoke on the phone. He presented himself very well and was genuinely eager to help me bring down my insurance costs.

We exchanged a few more emails so he can gather the necessary information he needed and set out to find me insurance. I must admit, I read his email signature and not only did I love it, but thought it was quite the mission statement to live up to..

Alex spent time on my account, from Wednesday to Friday shopping me around. During this time, he kept me updated with his progress and at one point told me he found me considerable savings, but he believes he can do better.. In my opinion, that’s an insurance broker!! Further, very obvious he was working diligently on my insurance.

Alex reached out to me on Monday, and happily presented me with an insurance quote, $765 dollars a year less than what I was facing with my alternate broker. The coverage was also better than what I had.

Alex stayed focused on closing this deal, getting all the paperwork in order and getting the coverage in place.

Since then, I have referred my contacts to him that are looking for insurance. One of my contacts sent me an email to say thank you for the connection and that “Alex is my new best friend”. He was able to provide her a quote that saved her, like me, a considerable amount of money.

Alex has superior customer service skills and his communication and determination comes across clear and consistent. He knows his job very well and is passionate about work ethics.

My situation was somewhat unique in that I was searching for insurance for a motorcycle not having had motorcycle insurance in many years. Further challenging was the fact that I needed the policy to be stand alone.

As a first-time auto insurance buyer, I felt very vulnerable and uncertain as I began the daunting task of searching through the hundreds of options available to me, not knowing who to put my faith in. After countless phone calls, hours of research, and quotes from insurance companies and brokerages alike, I felt little more at ease in comparison to when I’d begun.

Great experience with your company and employee, Brad McAllister. He did a stand up job. He had contacted me early in the summer when I had first purchased my motorcycle and was looking to get it insured. Though being an M1 rider, the quotes i did receive were way out of my price range. I then chose to just wait for my M2 and get insured then. I had honestly forgotten about Mitchell & Whale over the 2 months I waited, and it was Brad that had the presence of mind to give himself a reminder to call me back in 2 months. Which he did! If Brad hadn’t done that and been on his game, I likely would not have gotten insured so quickly, or perhaps at all as i was getting astronomical estimates from other companies. One quoted me at $20K for the year. Plus, definitely helped in my decision making when I was offered 40% off my motorcycle insurance if I insured my truck as well (which i did end up doing, changed from Intact Insurance, which didn’t want to touch me without 5 yrs riding under my belt).

Really impressed with Brad. Buy that man a beer. He worked his ass off for me even when he was at his son’s hockey tournament. I said to him that I clearly remember my own father doing the same thing at mine and my brother’s tournaments as kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better correspondent than Mr. McAllister. Made sure all the bases were covered, emailed me back same day 9/10, and really gave me a lot of options.

My first experience purchasing my own insurance (the Bank of Dad has officially closed), and Brad made it very easy. Would most certainly recommend you guys to other new motorcyclists and motorists in general. The personal touch your company gives to its interactions with its clientele is really what i was looking for with this experience. I’m the kind of person that would rather shake someones hand when I give them my résumé instead of clicking ‘submit’, so for me the personal touch was gravy.

It’s a shame more companies, in any industry, don’t operate in a similar fashion. I didn’t feel like i was just another policy holder while talking with Brad. Humility in business is gone, or perhaps there never was humility in business. Either way, very happy with my experience with Mitchell & Whale. They were very accommodating to my needs, I am a new motorcycle rider and had just bought my first bike, they helped me out with getting insurance set up so I could register and plate the bike. Timing was critical as I didn’t have a physical copy of my M2 when the process started. I chose Mitchell and Whale, at first, because I was looking for a better price for our insurance needs. After speaking with Chris Park, it became also about the customer service. Because he had access to several insurance providers, I felt like he was truly working for me to find me the best coverage for the best price. He not only saved me time getting quotes from other companies, he saved me over $1800 per year!

Your company was referred to me by a friend. The Insurance company I did have— their service seriously deteriorated since Certas took over.
I had never had a home damage claim, my basement got flooded when the tech who worked in my home forgot to plug my sump pump back in. The next morning I woke up to 6″ of water in my basement. (clean water)

Long story short, the company the tech worked for took responsibility, they paid my deductible back to me, they will repay my previous insurance company, so they said. My company then increased my home rate to over $40 per month, they never told me the rates would go up, nor was this my fault.
This happened in Jan of this year, between the insurance company and Winmar it took over 7 months to get my basement completed. About 2 months after my claim, my claims person stopped communicating with me and didn’t respond to my phone call messages or emails for over 3 months, not until I contacted their Liason officer.

That is not how you treat a customer who has been with the same company for 50 yrs.

Hello Adam, after 12 years of having insurance on my 2004 Big Brute motorcycle, which is a DOT approved production bike the insurance industry in Ontario decided it was to “BIG” . However Alberta and Quebec would insure these bikes, for around $700 a year. Your company was the only one that would insure this type of motorcycle in Ontario.

My husband and I are building our dream home. He and I are doing the actual building of it ourselves. Knowing that any construction site is a dangerous place we knew we needed liability insurance as well as coverage for theft of material, and fire damage once the house is well under way. Hi Adam, I chose M&W after reading about you on gtamotorcycle.com. I`m 61 years old with 50 years experience riding and owning motorcycles. I had been a client of State Farm/ Certas since 1991 and my rates with them kept going up,up,up etc. even with a spotless riding record and zero claims, I believe they count on long term clients becoming complacent and just taking it. I needed to find a new auto insurance provider. I was denied a renewal at a reasonable price from my then-current one, due to previous claims. I also had two minor (no points) speeding tickets, that were ALMOST old enough to have “dropped off the radar”, so to speak. And keep in mind that I had been dealing with these people for years!

I shopped online for days and was always told either that I could not obtain insurance at all, or that it would be at a ridiculously high rate. Especially considering that I was insuring a 10+ year old minivan. It would actually be cheaper to buy a new vehicle than to insure the one I had!! Except that I wouldn’t be able to afford the insurance on that one either!!!

I even tried “second chance” sites, such as Drivers First without success. Finally, I put down the mouse and decided to deal with someone face-to-face. And am I ever glad that I picked Mitchell & Whale Insurance Brokers!

The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and they immediately found me auto insurance at the rate I SHOULD be paying, not the “we’ve got you right where we want you” rates quoted to me by others. My insurance company dropped my coverage for the motorcycle I was riding. I was with them for over nine years and not sure why they restricted the bike I was riding because it was the same bike I have been riding for years but, they did. They gave me a few insurance companies to contact and some of them didn’t insure bikes and the others had high rates.

I can’t remember how I ever got your name but, I went on-line and did a quote and it was the cheapest I could find. The website was great to use.

I then tried a few more insurance companies but, no luck as all the rates were higher.

I then spoke with Sandi and she e-mailed me a more detailed quote. That service was excellent and I contacted her a few days later and went ahead with the policy.

The service was just as good as the first time I spoke with her. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and again the service was excellent. She e-mailed the paperwork that had to be completed right away. I complete the paperwork on the e-sign live (very cool website by the way) and the transaction was complete very easily. I was e-mailed the 30-day temporary slip and was advised that the policy and payment details would be mailed to me at a later date.

My apologies for the very late reply to your original request as to why I chose your company for my insurance needs.
First of all let me state that dealing with Natasha Lucas was an absolute pleasure and secondly your rates were very competitive and time will tell if they stay that way moving forward.

Originally I went on line looking for motorcycle insurance for my 2001 Triumph and found that some insurers were ridiculous with the rates and my current insurance provider jacked my rates from 2300.00 per year for both the bike and my 2007 Silverado to over 3600.00 per year.
I am 65 years old and other than 1 minor conviction last may I have a perfect driving record for 15 years, so when I received that ridiculous increase 2 months before my policy expired I started to look very aggressively.

I live in Ancaster Ontario (Hamilton area) and I went on line and found a company web site listed in Dundas Ontario (I don’t recall the name) so I went on line with an inquiry and filled out the basic information that was needed for an auto-quote and minutes later I receive a message from Natasha and she quoted me prices that were associated with Wawanesa Insurance and saved me huge not only on my bike but my truck also. I have switched to M&M brokers because my current broker who worked with state farm could not insure my second motorcycle for the same price as the first was insured.

I have old motorcycles 1967 and 1975. Most of brokers only deal with 1981+ motorcycles. Mantha insurance took all my data and promised to get back to me with a quote and never did.

Dalton Timmis people sounded like they don’t want my business, questioned mileage I do during the season (saying that I actually do more than claim). I called the next broker that deals with Echelon. It was M&W.

The person on the phone (Jonathan Mistele) sounded very encouraging, friendly. He took all my data and came back the next day with good rate for both motorcycles. While doing paperwork, Jon issued a short-term insurance slips so that i can attend the Delta vintage motorcycle show.

So why not make it simple and give it all to Gallagher? Honestly, Natasha Lucas. She was enthusiastic and helpful. Gallagher is also very customer oriented but I felt that Natasha gave me a better customer experience.

I chose M&W brokers because I had a quote from Dalton Timmis that was quite high, and I was determined to get a better one. I have a vintage (61) bike, I’m 73 and just passed my M2, but had several years riding in the UK without incident. I got the impression that DT thought they had it made for persons in my predicament.

Sandi was very helpful by comparison, and I have a more reasonable rate. She even processed it though the holiday period.

When my last insurance company raised motorcycle rates for inexplicable reasons, I decided to shop around. I went to my favorite motorbike forums and found M&W brokers. Hi Adam, I can’t remember exactly how I came to discover Mitchell and Whale but it was most certainly through the internet.
I recently purchased a BMW K1300S and unfortunately many insurers are not willing to insure this bike. I emailed quite a few and through internet searches I came across Aviva who you were a broker for and a couple others that do insure this class of motorcycle. Its quite possible it was a thread regarding insurance on a BMW site but I can remember for sure.

Ginny was the first to get back to me and we worked out the details over the next 48 hours. Another broker did get back, I can’t remember who but at that point I had had enough of the run around and Ginny had already done a lot of work.

We did look at moving my home and auto but at this time it did not make sense although it is something I would consider in the future.

I had a motorcycle that I didn’t insure for a few years because the price was just too high. Nothing crazy just a 400 cc bike. I was paying over 1600 dollars a year and it just didn’t seem worth it. I saw Mitchell whale after a quick Google search. I tried a few other company’s websites online but they were kind of a pain to navigate. I filled out some forms and Kelly gave me a call shortly after. She was awesome very friendly even gave me her personal number after business hours to help get me on the road that night. I set everything up in my spare time at work on my phone. E transferred the money and e signed the paperwork sooo easy and only took like 30 minutes total

I took the time to contact M&W Insurance Brokers because the insurance premiums for my Can Am Spyder had risen over 50% of what it was a year ago. As someone who is completely new to looking for insurance, I felt a bit daunted by the whole task. It isn’t as if I have a car or house to insure, I’m looking for motorcycle coverage only. Which is a bit more of a challenge since there are often only package deals available.
Having collected some insurance broker flyers at shows and conventions, I completely spaced and threw them out… So to the internet! I searched, and I kid you not, “motorcycle insurance with baby riding a bike” and whether or not this was an image you used on one of your ads, Mitchell & Whale popped up in the top 3. The other 2 companies I’d already contacted unsuccessfully, mostly because they either wanted me to have a car or home as well, or they were rather pricey. I simply provided my name and contact information and received a phone call shortly after hitting “send”. We spoke on the phone for a bit, I answered some basic questions regarding my bike, license, etc etc. They found me insurance for about $70/mo (on par with my phone bill, this seemed very reasonable).

I’m a new rider in Ontario, and only have my M1 as well as completed a rider safety course, this qualified me for a M2 rate with Mitchell & Whale. There were other companies and brokers that would give me a super high rate, or tell me to wait until I got an M2. Major insurance companies wouldn’t even return my call or simply tell me to find a broker to help. Well, I did and here we are. Insured and riding within days of purchasing my bike.

The services provided my Mitchell & Whale were fast, proficient, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve dealt with Samantha, who is super nice and patient, they helped me with my paperwork, and have kept in contact with me regarding my coverage and the overall processing of my paperwork with the insurance company they found.

I would definitely recommend using Mitchell & Whale, especially if you are a new rider, and maybe even for more than just motorcycle coverage. Ever since I received my first insurance policy for my car, I was under the impression that direct underwriters were always the most inexpensive, because I was (wrongly) informed that they cut-out the brokerage costs.

The first reason I considered your company was after talking to family and friends it seems to be a reasonable quote for a first time motorcycle driver.

When I sent the email to your company I was happy to get a response right away I believe it was less than 2 minutes by an e-mail and followed by a phone call another 2 minutes after by Natasha Lucas.

Throughout the whole experience of getting the quote and the exchange of paperwork Natasha Lucas was awesome. Very courteous, understanding and a pleasure to work with. Natasha held my hand so to speak, through the whole process of learning how to do e-transfer and stuff like that which I’ve got no experience with, and being patient with me when I still couldn’t figure it all out. The way Natasha talked to me and helped me through all this is the biggest reason I decided to pick your company. Even turning down a quote from my friends company at PBL Insurance.

Once I get Insurance I don’t generally call them back as I never get tickets or get into accidents, but I hope if I ever do need to call that I could deal with Natasha.

I have been struggling for better insurance rate since 2-years and spent significant amount of time in finding an economic insurance agency. The most competitive quote I received was from M&W that I finalized.

2nd I would especially mention Ms Morgan, she replied every email I sent within an hour. And helped me so sincerely e.g not to cancel my existing policy as it will cost me a lot, how to shred my insurance rates etc. that I could trust her without a second thought.

My reason for switching to your company is simple. I had been insured by Rider’s Plus for approximately the last 15 years. When my policy came up for renewal, I was contemplating selling my motorcycle and called Rider’s Plus expressing this. I was told to give it more thought, and call back when I had made a decision. A short while later, I decided to keep the bike, and called Rider’s Plus to renew my policy at which time I was told that my policy had lapsed, I would not be treated as a new rider, would not receive my discount for an impeccable driving record, and would need to have my driver’s abstract check. I was also told that I would be paying the additional costs (roughly $100.00) for the next five years, at which time I would start receiving the discount again. I was told this by no less than three of their representatives, one being a supervisor, that there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. (Echelon’s (the provider) policy, and nothing could be done) This, after repeatedly telling them of my previous call, and being told to think about it, and call back.

When I called you company, I explained the situation to your representative who felt the treatment I was receiving was ludacris. I was told they would contact Echelon and call me right back. Less than five minutes later, I was called and told that everything had been sorted out and I would be treated as if I had renewed as per usual. (No additional fees, etc., etc.) I obviously renewed with your company.

Just for giggles, I called Rider’s Plus again, spoke with a supervisor, explained the situation again, and was again told that there was nothing they could do about it. I then explained what had transpired with your company, at which time I was told to leave it with them and they try to sort things out with Echelon. At that point, I expressed my disappointment that after 15 years of loyalty without a claim, they could not even be bothered to “pick up the phone”, and told them that their services were no longer required.

I have dealt with three people from your organization thus far, and have been treated in a very courteous and professional manner.

talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and after the interaction with her I was left feeling at ease.

I was shopping for insurance on my motorcycle insurance since my renewal was coming up and you guys were found to be the cheapest for the same coverage as other places. I shop around every year for better insurance rates as I get older and gain more experience, so hopefully rates at M&W will be competitive as the years go on. When my car and house insurance come due, I will definitely be getting a quote to see how it compares.

Overall, the process was very simple, easy to do over the online web-signage. I hear back from agents very quickly and they tend to my needs. I haven’t been in an accident yet, so I wouldn’t be able to compare services to use insurance though.
