Adam is CEO of Mitch Insurance. A third-generation broker, he took over the family business in 2010 and despite having no experience in insurance and little business experience, has grown Mitch from a small, two-person operation with $2.5 million in gross written premiums into one of Ontario’s leading brokerages that now regularly sees 30% year-over-year organic growth.

Under Adam’s leadership, Mitch has won numerous awards including Brokerage of the Year and Innovator of the Year from the Insurance Brokers Association Of Ontario (IBAO) and has been named one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies by Report on Business magazine multiple times.

Adam’s ability to inspire and drive change, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, have positioned Mitch for continued growth and success while delivering exceptional value to our clients and setting new industry standards.
