A third-generation broker, Adam took over the family business in 2008 and despite having no experience in insurance and little business experience, has taken Mitch from a two-person operation with $2.5 million in gross written premiums to an InsurTech leader that now regularly sees nearly 40% year-over-year organic growth.
With Adam as CEO, our company has won numerous awards including Brokerage of the Year and Innovator of the Year from the Insurance Brokers Association Of Ontario (IBAO) and has been named one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies by Report on Business magazine.
Adam and the rest of our leadership team are working to scale our organization as part of our most ambitious initiative to date – transforming Mitch into a top-20 national brokerage with $1 billion in gross written premiums by 2030.
