Hey, I’m Alex!

I’ve worked in insurance since 2012 and have been a Personal Insurance Service Team Lead at Mitch since 2018. The best part of my job? I get to help people. Back in the day, I did a lot of international development volunteer work in places like Peru and Singapore, and I bring that same empathy to my work here at Mitch. We’re really trying to make insurance lovable and that means no matter what your insurance situation, we’re here to help.

I worked in claims at an insurance company before I came to Mitch, so I know how it all works, and I coach the team here on how to assist you through that process. But if you just need to add a driver or change your address, we can help you with that too!

I practice the three S’s when it comes to service. I keep it simple, speedy, and sweet. That’s right. No reason why talking to your insurance rep can’t be sweet. If you talk to me about your policy, I’ll get all the details sorted out for you, but we might also discuss who the best Batman is – Adam West, of course – or talk about your favourite craft beers. I’m also into vintage vinyl. From Elvis to AC/DC, I spin it.
