Hey, I’m Brian!
After studying accounting and financial management at Centennial College, I’ve enjoyed a 45-year career in the insurance industry, and truly enjoyed every minute. Since 2012, I’ve been putting that wealth of experience to work for Mitch customers when they have a question or need to make a change to their auto, home, or other personal insurance policies.
For me, good customer service is mostly a function of time. The time that it takes to answer your call, text, or email (hopefully a short time), and the time that I put in to make sure that I’ve fully answered your question, completed your request or resolved your issue. In this case, I want to help you as quickly as possible, but I’m also going to take the time necessary to make sure I understand your request and that your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.
When I’m not working, on the other hand, I sometimes like to lose track of time, spending long, lazy afternoons with family, on the golf course, or on the snowmobile trails.
