Hi, I’m Lisa!

I am a personal lines account manager at Mitch armed with over 25 years experience, which I use to help our customers with their insurance needs.

Joining the team here at Mitch was the best career choice I ever made. Every one of my colleagues is determined to make dealing with insurance an awesome experience for you.

My sole aim is to ensure that your insurance policy is working for you. So if you need to make changes to an existing policy because your son or daughter just started to drive, or that new job you were offered will be changing your present driving habits, or you just have questions about your coverage in general, I’m here to help make sure you have the right coverage for you and your family.

One thing I know all too well, is the importance of family, and keeping them safe while on that road to personal success. I am a proud hockey AND soccer mom to 3 incredible teenagers (including twins!) in Dorchester, so I live for the challenge of making life an awesome experience for everyone involved. My secret weapons? Determination, grit…and a brand new Boston Terrier puppy!
