I received excellent customer service your representative Ryan went over and above ensure he provided me the best possible services. My insurance had lapsed and started to look around, i called the office about the quote received , I called in to their office they did not offer the same quote, gave no option that worked for me and just wanted to increase my cost. I spoke too Ryan at Mitch insurance and right from the beginning the was courteous, professional and wanted to assist me. He gave me options and gave me the best possible prices and insurance. Ryan keep making a difference and showing empathy and ensuring your customers the best possible services.

Ryan was amazing to deal with! Right before closing these guys hooked me up with my pink slip within an hour. And my case was more complex then most. Although the rate is a bit high, I am a new M1 driver without previous experience, and all things considered, $368 is not the worst. All in all good experience.

Ryan was able to help me out right away. He put me at ease right away with my import truck, and was able get me sorted out quickly and professionally.

Some time after doing an online quote at their website, I received a call from Mr. Ryan Chester, who was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, and he sent me all the further details by e-mail. In the next day after having thetime to review the quote, I decided to insure my motorcycle (with my M1 class) with him. Given the fact that M1s are almost insurable nowadays in Canada, it thus wasn't cheap (relatively), but I believe Mr. Ryan made the best he could. So far I am happy with the service.
