I haven't had to make any claims through the brokered insurance with them (nor others) but given the level of service so far I wouldn't be concerned about receiving guidance from them through that process either.

Some time after doing an online quote at their website, I received a call from Mr. Ryan Chester, who was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, and he sent me all the further details by e-mail. In the next day after having thetime to review the quote, I decided to insure my motorcycle (with my M1 class) with him. Given the fact that M1s are almost insurable nowadays in Canada, it thus wasn't cheap (relatively), but I believe Mr. Ryan made the best he could. So far I am happy with the service.
