Scott brings more than 30 years’ worth of industry expertise to our leadership team, and since coming to our organization in 2015, has played a key role in establishing Mitch as not only a leading brokerage but also one of Canada’s top growing companies.
As our Director of Personal Lines, Scott oversees our Sales and Service teams along with our Life, Mortgage and Pet insurance departments. Continually improving our service sophistication and reshaping our customer journey to create compelling client experiences are foundational pillars in our ambitious growth strategy, and Scott is helping to drive this work.
Prior to joining Mitch, Scott held leadership positions at several different brokerages in Ontario.
