It may be happening more and more often, but trust us – we’re always incredibly proud and grateful to hear, “And the winner is Mitch Insurance.”
Earlier this year, we won a 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award from Insurance Business Canada and were named one of the magazine’s 2023 Fast Brokerages for outstanding growth over the past two years. We also took home the prize for Best Insurance Website at the 2023 Internet Advertising Competition.
We’re so happy to share that Mitch recently won two more awards! We’ve been recognized as one of 2023’s Best Places to Work by HRD Canada and have also been named one of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance by Great Place to Work.
The winning companies on HRD Canada’s 2023 Best Places to Work list were ranked by their staff in a number of categories from culture to learning and development opportunities to mental health and technology. There were 60 organizations selected, and each had an employee satisfaction rate of at least 83%.
We received our Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance award after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work. The businesses included in the ranking were chosen based on employee feedback about their workplace experience. Great Place to Work examines hundreds of organizations across the country each year, and all of the companies picked as a 2023 Best Workplace in Financial Services and Insurance scored exceptionally high on the Trust Index survey.
