The Peak created its annual Emerging Leaders list in 2021 to spotlight dynamic young business leaders and entrepreneurs who are shaping Canada’s economy, culture and society.
The Peak’s 2024 Emerging Leaders celebrates Canadian trailblazers under the age of 40 who are innovating and changing the game across a wide array of fields. Mitch Insurance CEO Adam Mitchell was recognized in the Finance and Investing category and is the only P&C insurance leader included on this year’s list.
A third-generation broker, Adam Mitchell took over Mitch Insurance in 2008. Under his leadership, the brokerage has achieved a number of notable milestones while experiencing more than 30% year-over-year growth for the past decade.
