Exciting things are happening at Mitch. We’ve just opened our doors to the new 25,000 sq feet super-modern and super-fun home of Mitch.
Our new location is just down the road, at 1555 Wentworth St Suite 200, Whitby (see all those second floor windows? That’s all us) – and what a location it is. The newly renovated second-floor office gives our brokers a generous open-concept space for efficient teamwork between departments, as well as more private areas for brainstorming new ways to make insurance lovable.
Here’s a peek at the building that still doesn’t have our sign; stay tuned.
We now have the space to hire the best and brightest in the industry in an incredibly employee-friendly environment so we can serve our customers better than ever.
Work hard deserves play hard, and we’re well equipped for both. Our new super-office is set up with:
- Wine fridges
- Race track
- Full gym
- Basketball court
- Putting green
- Nerf wall
…and a ton of other fun stuff you’ll have to come see.
The playtime perks are both fun and a good way to light creative sparks of innovation before heading into a brainstorming session.
Our open-concept office is geared for efficient communication between our team members, creating a seamless workflow between departments. This power of openness is part of the Mitch culture that has helped us grow strong so quickly, and at the end of the day, our clients appreciate it the most.
We’ve grown 10x in the last 8 years, and we now have the space to keep moving forward at the same rate. We’re always on the lookout for intelligent, dynamic people that excel at insurance sales or customer service in personal lines and/or commercial lines. If you’re interested in joining the Mitch family, send your resume to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

That’s an awesome office, I’m jealous. Makes me want to come work for you, but no experience so that wouldn’t work. Very happy to see my insurance company expanding.
I am just in the midst of purchasing another van, as my caravan has seen better days. Once I know the vin # I will need to switch insurance over. Should be a day or two ok
Thanks for the props Shaun.
We hire people with no insurance experience all the time.
Many of our best team mates came from other industries. Being on a mission to make insurance not suck meant we needed to think outside the box and look to other industries to help change ours.
Sounds good about the new van. Chat soon.
I thought this was an insurance company, not a Tec Company for millennials, looks great enjoy
We are on a mission to make Insurance not suck and a big part of that is a dedicated effort to make the best office for our team to attract the best talent in the industry.
Looks like you are making too much money. I rather see lower prices.
Looks Amazing!! You guys rock!
I just wanted to give a shout out to Natasha L for making a painful process a sure delight. She has worked hard with success and has majorly put our minds at ease. I was impressed right from the 1st phone call and she continues to impress me with every email and phone call. I read that one of you mission statement is not to make insurance suck, I would have to say she has surpassed that.
Ahh man super jealous I might have to write the truck off so I come down in person
I really think it is nice but it is costing us more for Ins. just to pay for this place. Have a good day.
We built an awesome office to attract some of the best people in the industry so we could offer you awesome service. That doesn’t affect your rates. Insurance rates have been going up lately, and that really sucks, but we don’t set those rates, insurance companies do. We build relationships with as many insurance companies as possible to offer you lots of choices, and usually the lowest rates available.
When we first insured our home, we were impressed by the knowledge of your staff. When we sold our home and moved into a condominium we had the same impression. Knowledge, good rates and courteous service. You deserve what you have worked so hard to build – A Good, Reliable service for your customers. Well Done!
